 INNOVATION IN A BALANCED DEVELOPMENT FOR THE HUMAN AND NATURE IN THE EARTH AND THE UNIVERSE.                        

Dears, as we can know the most important action of creative people in the world is the aspiration for the balanced development of the civilization, through the proven innovation’s implementation in the humanistic life measurements and through the competitive selection of the candidates for the realization all kinds of development programs. By the management of the democratic, scientific and economic life. My desire is to arouse organizations’ and world eminences’ interest, because they have a great impact on every kind of a progress in the existential measurement implementation, according to the stipulations of ecology. In the text below, I would like to present some suggestions of the solutions, which can considerably accelerate the development, safe for human beings and nature in THE EARTH AND UNIVERSE

2) Pragmatic flood and drought self-prevention through the ground stratospheric evaporation’s restitution in the glaciers’ restoration

The urgent challenge for the economically developed countries population is to take a global self-management of the seasonally very high water level in the rivers through the establishment of a self automatic system, which under its own pressure will fill in the numerous small retention (1-7 hectares) by the rivers.

As we know, in many regions of the Earth, from the beginning of 20th century, we notice the intensive growth of oil, gas, coal and other minerals took from more and more deep places, and generally burned by the economically developed countries from the northern latitude. We can also observe more and more abyssal wells being built for the municipal and farming purposes. This causes on the one hand, a very dangerous regression of the geological water, groundwater level and surface water, especially rivers’ level, reduced because of the bottom being cleared by the current. We can observe bigger and bigger carbon dioxide’s concentration and other toxic compounds in the atmosphere.

On the other hand not rational and without any pragmatic anticipation NATURAL GOODS management, causes a dangerous disappearing of the ground water evaporation to the stratosphere, where nowadays hotter and hotter air moves. This air is also dry and without the ice crystals, so it attacks the glaciers in the poles and in high mountains. This uncontrolled, dangerous process of the mineral’s exploitation and its burning causes infringement of the Earth external stratums superficial trimming, what can be observed by the increasing number and intensively of the seismic earthquakes, caused by the tectonic plates, volcanic eruption, and more and more numerous tsunami.

That is, when a human being especially from the north (oil and gas companies) because of the energetic-existential conformism satisfaction, basing on combustion, aim at a destruction of humans and nature. The confirmation for this state of emergency is the dangerously expanding drought, increasing carbon dioxide in the air, melting glaciers causing the ocean and see waters increase. We have to know, that 100 years ago, in Africa territory there was 2/3 green area, and nowadays we have only ¼ places that are green. These days, a woman in Sudan and in other places in the world has to walk 10 km with a can for water which is not a good quality, to satisfy her family’s poor existence, and the people in the North daily flush 10 litters of the clean water in a toilet 5-6 times a day. We also have to know, that the humankind, flora and fauna exist mainly from the ground and surface water, gained from the rainfall and snowfall. According to the UN data, the humankind exists biologically in 80% because of a grass (also cereal and rise), which hydrotropic roots manage to get the groundwater needed from the vegetation only from 3 meters deep. We have only 1% of the unsalted water in the Earth. – This obligates the rich countries to the urgent high water management from the rivers in a great retention. Because of the more and more global, dangerously expending drought, there is a need of a specific system bay passes construction, made from the PCV pipes directing the whole water from the mouth by the sea (ocean) to the regions endangered by the drought. It is worth to know, that every year all the African rivers put the huge amount of unsalted water to the sea and ocean, which could be used to this territory’s irrigation, preventing it from the drought.

Attention! Even the high water surplus can be turned from the European rivers mouth with big PCV pipes, set 40 meters under the sea water surface (ocean), because it is a quite place even during the heavy storms (hurricanes), to the numerous, small retention in the northern Africa. And the water from the Black Sea mouth should be directed to the Middle East (for example to the Arabian Peninsula ect.). Water from the rivers high states of the South-East Asia should be directed to the small retention regions in Asia, which are endangered by the progressive drought. And the water from rivers mouth by the seas of the South-East Asia should be directed to the Australian continent. Similarly, the unsalted water from rivers in American continent should be managed. Pragmatically managed unsalted water from rivers in the Earth will create temporary place for the melting glaziers’ water, preventing the lower grounds from the flood. This will eliminate the drought and after several years it will restore the efficient ground evaporation and the glaziers reconstruction will start.

The suggested organization of the systematic and system unsalted river or sea mouth waters self-retention can constantly stabilized its average fluctuation in big rivers up to 3 meters, preventing from the flood and drought. It is also worth to know, that when the Greenland glaziers will melt, the water level in the seas and oceans will rise up to 6 meters. The observed, progressive glaziers melting caused by the disappearance of the ground evaporation in hot and vast regions of the Earth, causes a real danger of flood in the nearest decades and harbors, cities, health resorts and low-lying regions flooding. We will lose all the sea communication and sea transport, fishing and many millions of the continent’s square meters.

If nowadays we take a planed action for the infrastructure construction, needed for balanced unsalted river water self management, we will increase the air humidity over the lands and rebuild fauna and flora. We will also purify the climate from the carbon dioxide and other toxic compounds caused by the minerals combustion. - Attention! After the permanent stabilization of the water level, people should construct the “Electric water communication”, details: www.klawiterapia.com/ekoenerg, which advantageous are enormous: a huge open space, often noticed in big city agglomerations will be used for the ecological, very cheap, automatic (self-controlled) public transport with the renewed waterways. Light water vehicles (unsinkable), specific electrically operated, drill-rotational power-station water trams gather the speed of 50km/h.

3) Constructing and elevation of a big, known from its shape snail with a small corn, beyond the northern latitude, so it could not shade the Earth. The snake will be constructed with the mirrored nanotechnology (from heat-resistant polymers) bore for example 700 m, pointed to the sun, on the high, terrestrial,  stationary orbit. The sunbeams (photons) will be easily absorbed outside the earth’s atmosphere without any handicap and thickened in the huge mirrored, spiral interior space to the photon plasma state in the corner placed in the lower part. 4) The road traffic and rail traffic security:  

- optimal material environment for the driving school – tandem car, which during the stopover fulfill the function of a training simulator and in the real driving school conditions while the road traffic with the proprioception educator, in the bio cybernetic feedback, trains the proper reactions and habits very efficiently and in 50% shorter time, comparing with traditional methods. The instructor by „transferring” the model reactions and habits from the experienced teacher’s brain to the student’s one, quickly creates good driver’s properties in the student’s head. – At the beginning of 70es – 4 prototype’s were constructed and very careful psychological researches on the reaction and habits training technology in the psycho-neuro-physiological process of learning and teaching were carried out. They were held on 2 groups – experimental and control, during the PhD thesis, defended in Cracow with very good reviews;

- electronic traffic signs, encoded in Cobalt-60, in capsules installed in every 3 meters, 20 mm under the asphalt surface, in the axis of the road, which from one side automatically, precisely control the vehicle left and right to support the proper position on the road, and from the other side read all the traffic signs encode in the cobalt emission values from the capsule, with the confirmation given in the display unit installed on the dashboard (prohibition, special regulation, warning and information signs), so the car reacts mechanically according to the rules of the road, with a potential infringement’s registration. The automatic vehicle control system and traffic signs self-reacting system was accomplished as a prototype positively verified in the authentic conditions in 1973 in the Centre for Research and Development of Machine Design and Technology Basis in Warsaw – Anin, and published at Polish Patent Office Bulletin (January,1974); the vehicle had an SOS installation, which informs ambulance service, police and in case of need the fire brigade about the accident when the driver or passengers are unable to turn off the SOS or in case of fire;  

- the left-back-light, highlighting the road surface, pedestrians, animals and objects for the vehicles coming from the opposite side of the road in the twilight-night conditions, and the vehicle coming from the o side, after changing the lights from the high beam to the low beam, highlights the road in the same way, protecting the other car from running into the unlit pedestrians, animals, objects and road holes; - www.klawiterapia.com/transkom;

- electronic rail signs similar to the traffic signs with the signaling equipment with the control apparatus, registering the railway traffic occurrence, early-warning about opened barriers, obstructions, broken railway signaling, boxcar failure or robbery fire ect.;

 

5) Three successive triangles with infrared transmitter on the vertexes installed in the runway before the actual place of landing, with the proper distance one after another, gradually enlarging the triangles’ arms length comparing to the triangle’s base. 

The first triangle has the arms 1/2 longer then the basis, but if the control tower will guide the airplane in a proper way specific space for landing, the first triangle is being read out with the analog machine camera as an accurate triangle. This information confirms, that the plane is in the proper space and in the proper landing process and the board computer automatically guides to the second triangle, which legs are ATTENTION! If the second triangle is not read out properly, the airplane stops the automatic landing process and once again the control tower guides it to repeat the algorithm of the entry to the proper space to read out the first triangle as an accurate ect., where the automatic landing algorithm is being realized. This situation confirms that the automatic process of the airplane guidance is realized in a proper way. During that time, the camera recognizes the third triangle, with its legs three times longer, the planes wheels are relatively close to the airstrip. But if the third triangle is read out properly as an accurate, and there is no contraindication for landing, the algorithm with the automatic landing activities network cooperates according to the program. After a short while the plane softly touches the specific place in the runway’s width axis, when the brake process and guided left and right automatically by cobalt, in capsules installed in every 3 meters, 2 cm under the airstrip surface, guiding the aircraft to the place of stop-off. Attention! The radioactive decay is much lower than the Radiation Protection Standards and there are no factors that can disturb it. Moreover, the plane navigation is much more distinct than in case of experienced captain or driver.

 

6) The vehicle flying on the wave for the incredibly fast passenger transport and water transport, lifeboat service (ocean), defensive capability, that gather cruising speed up to 700 km/h.

Attention! I am alarmed by the increasing concentration of the different machines in the atmosphere. It is high time to use the „Vehicle flying on the wave”, which is after beneficial researches in the computer simulation in the Institute of Polish Naval Forces Academy, recommended to distribution from 2000 by the then admiral Richard Lukasik and rear admiral Zbigniew Badenski, Chief of Polish Naval Operation. By using the satellite navigation and agreed certain path it can ably passenger transport and haulage several times more than the biggest passengers planes. d - tsunami, can be effectively eliminated by causing several mega explosions in places properly secured from people, in the formed underwater bottom bays (outside agglomerations), that by order from the satellite will occur, when the real tsunami is 50 km from the seacoast. That time tsunami waves meet for example 20 km from the seacoast, and after piling the water kinetic energy it will be broken, the wave will be eliminated and the water calmly will fill in its subsidence after the explosion. The other effective way of braking the kinetic power of the tsunami wave can be gained after building an open-work, stainless steel pyramid, few kilometers from the coast, which top would stick out 30-50 meters from the water, and constituting a lighthouse supplied with the electricity from the drill-plough sharing power-station set on a catamaran. The next possibility is to build a very big drill-plough sharing power-station 150 m wide and 20 m high, firmly anchored 10-20 km from the seacoast, where the big drill ploughshares with their own rotation will stop the sudden kinetic energy of the tsunami wave. I am sure, that we will be in time and the photon plasma energy gained from the cosmic snail with the opening’s diameter 700 m can be even too appropriate to turn it as a laser ray (superconductor) to the planetoid, what will cause very efficient and thorough splitting the object to the small parts. 14) Container sewage treatment plant (liquid manure) with the straw bales filter usage which after the utilization and mineralization by local earthworms comes back to the cultivated fields, meadows, pasturages as a reach in Lactobacillus plantarum humus, supplying the soil richness and the water after oxygenation can be locally distributed to the farmland. 

ATTENTION! The soil richness structure with the humus (bacterial flora with earthworms) is the most advantageous condition for the curative proper vegetation for the cultivated plants. Moreover, such a rich soil has a porous structure, similar to the sponge, able to take the water, even from a very heavy rain. So the pragmatic statement that the cultivated soil is the biggest retention for the efficient, tacking water absorption even from the intensive rainfall. However, from few decades farmers do not use manures removal and they do not pre- and after-fruits form the nitric plants (for example lupine), because it is more convenient to remove and spill the dung without the humus. It is more convenient to sprinkle the chemical manure, because less work is needed in this case. What’s more, lack of the humus is often accompanied with pesticides usage, which kill all vermin, (earthworms, bacteria), which mineralize the cultivated soil. Farmers during the cereal and cultivated plants’ vegetation use sprays with herbicides to destroy all kinds of weeds. From two decades the need of changing straw and cereal into the ecological fuel is being publicized. People, who vices in this way are dangerous for the ecology and they do not have a logical pragmatism. This is the excessive cereal or other seeds that can be sowed just after harvest might be used for rebuilding the bacterial flora, when the green mass was ploughed. This riches of the bacterial flora in the soil, brings a great advantages for healthier cereal vegetation and other cultivated plants. That time, less chemical manure is needed, as well as pesticide or herbicides. Cereal, vegetables and forages, grass, cultivated with the bacterial flora are more healthy and meat and milk more tasty. Nowadays the soil from the Lactobacillus plantarum humus after few weeks of drought at the surface becomes a kind of a „brick”, which is not permeable and do not absorb water from the rainfall, which spontaneously flows from the cultivated fields, causing torrential water rising and floods. 15) Garbage segregation with the ferrite license assigned by the Ministry of the Environment for the different raw materials producers, from which packing, articles and other things for the future recycling and utilization. Please imagine a technological process of the secondary materials recovery from different garbage: A car, which takes unsorted garbage, brings them to the local garbage segregation building and lives them on the wide conveyor belt. Over this conveyor belt several electromagnetic conveyor belts works crosswise, which with the proper electromagnetic field, according to the ferrite assigned in a minimal quantity, sort several kinds of rubbish, for example plastic bags contain 0,01% of ferrite and the conveyor belt set for this electromagnetic norm takes only plastic bags. The conveyor belt which takes only the polymer packing with 0,03% of ferrite. The next conveyor belt, takes glass containing for example 1% of ferrite.
