ELIMINATING HUNGER IN THE WORLD, CLEAN WATER FOR THE MAN, FLORA AND FAUNA, EDUCATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS, SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS UTILIZING STRAW, PREVENTING DISASTERS (THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT, FLOODS, DRAUGHTS, HURRICANES, TORNADOES, VOLCANOES, TSUNAMIS), DISEASES AND TERRORISM, INEXPENSIVE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY ELECTRIC POWER FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES, SAFETY ON THE ROADS AND IN THE RAIL AND SHIPPING TRAFFIC, SIMPLE AND EXTREMELY CHEAP HOUSING IN WARM ZONES ON EARTH, ELECTRICALLY POWERED ROAD TRANSPORT, ELECTRICALLY POWERED WATER TRANSPORT, TRANSPORT FOR THE FUTURE, PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH.

Ladies and Gentlemen, while aiming at civilization-driven improvements concerning the organization of life on Earth over the past two centuries, the human race has at he same time caused irreversible damage and threats to the existence of mankind, flora and fauna in the NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. Today, we can effectively contain the process of deterioration or even restore the lost NATURE. However, this can happen only on the condition that we implement the methods, proposed below, to improve the organization of life on Earth, and then one can hope that in several decades the human race will live on our planet in a healthy, prosperous and safe way. All philanthropic actions taken by well-known actors, athletes and other celebrities, allocating substantial funds for the purchase of vaccines, for example tetanus vaccines for African children, are just throwing money down the drain. Rationale: without balanced nutrition, clean water and environmental awareness in disease prevention and health programmes, one is unable to restore the immunological resistance of children, youth and adults in the neglected regions of the globe who are threatened not only with tropical diseases. If a person avoids dying of tetanus in childhood, he or she can die of malnutrition, malaria and many other infectious diseases. I suggest, however, that all financial resources should be channelled to a single foundation of the United Nations, UNICEF, to implement the measures proposed below. As we know, in the Central and Eastern Europe and in many other regions on Earth (especially in Africa and in some large conurbations) there is practically no water in 1^st and 2^nd class of water purity. Water outside these classes is not suitable for drinking.

For the time being, I ask that simple and inexpensive drinking tanks (small water reservoirs) with clean water for all the animals and people should be built at the poisoned rivers and water reservoirs in the Central and Eastern Europe and in other regions of the globe, in every place where there is no water of appropriate purity. This is our ethical duty in the protection of health of all the creatures and animals, and also humans, especially during the periods of a prolonged draught. I believe that until the water in rivers is appropriately purified, building wells in the regions of long-lasting draught would offer a more rational and humanitarian way to meet the fundamental needs of humans and animals concerning water supply.
